Good free utilities abound if you just take the time to look for them. Over
the years I have often looked for ways to make use of every possible portion

bar is oft neglected.
Using this simple and elegant tool, you can add animated text
messages to the browser status bar without knowing a lick of JavaScript or
HTML.
Just type in the phrase, select the effect, and the number of
times you want the effect repeated and you're done!
