Part of the growing challenge of email marketing is the
difficulty in ensuring your email arrives and is read by its intended
recipient. Since so many people are using their ISP's SPAM filters these days,
many emails never make it through -- even the important ones tend to get
caught in the filters.
As an online marketer, I understand too well that email SPAM
settings tend to be super critical of the text they analyze. This makes it a
challenge to ensure that my emails to my opt-in subscribers and customers pass
the SPAM test BEFORE I press the SEND button.

Many autoresponder services include a SPAM checking utility
that enables you to process and analyze your email message before you send it.
But for those of us who manage our own email campaigns, or whose autoresponder
service lacks such a utility, we're out of luck, or at least we were until
Intellimon provided us with a powerful free SPAM checking tool called XMailWrite.
You simply enter your email newsletter or promotional message
into the XMailWrite
editor. Then click the analyze button. Instantly, you are provided with a
variety of warning messages with suggestions for lowering your SPAM
rating.
You can also see things like word and sentence count, keyword
usage, as well as the readability (grade level) of the text. All of this helps
you to improve your writing and lower your overall SPAM score.
When simple words like "free" or "order"
can trigger SPAM filters to shut you out, you need to use a tool like XMailWrite
-- and this one is free. Click here
