called Cartoonmania. It allowed you to pick cartoon objects from a library, arrange them

results are simply astonishing.
The graphics come in various formats for print ads and web sites and include GIF, TIF
and EPS. They also come in black and white outlines (800 ppi) as well as CMYK with
clipping paths (325 ppi). The clarity is excellent even when the graphics are reduced to
an inch high.
These artists are all top-notch pros -- no amateurs here. They have a ton of awards
