After you download and install the administrator's module, you will see a screen divided into several sections. On the left side of the administrative screen, you will see a menu of options. On the right side of the screen, you will see your site statistics including the number of operators, departments, and connections for your account. You’ll also see your user name, email address, first and last name, skin name, and your payment history and account expiration date.

You then setup your account, and create your departments and operators, along with any canned responses or URLS you will want to push to your visitors.

The final step is to add a video chat window to your web page by simply copying and pasting your special code into your web page. That’s it! Now you’re ready to start chatting with your visitors.
